3 out of 5 starsI have made two purchase (5 total pieces) from this shop and the quality and the packaging is very lovely and I each piece is elegant. My first purchased arrived almost 5 weeks after the order was placed (description: ships in 5-7 days). When I messaged to inquire, I was told that the postal worker did not pick up their shipments for that day. My second purchase took 6 weeks to arrive (description: ships in 2-3 weeks). When I messaged to inquire a second time I was told it was due to unforeseen circumstances as they moved shops and that my order would be shipped by the end of the week. It wasn’t shipped until a week later I understand timelines sometimes require shifting, but the company should be the one to reach out and inform customers that their items will be arriving later than specified.
